TICKET RETURN RULES
 
When returning an electronic ticket, the buyer must send to help@opera.com.ua:
 
  • a written statement of the established form
  • a scanned copy or photo of an identity document (passport, military ID, student ID, driver's license)
  • receipt of payment
  • ticket
 
Documents must be sent exclusively from the same email address to which the electronic ticket was issued (purchased).
 
The theater refunds money for pre-sold tickets no later than one hour before the start of the event.
 
Money for tickets paid by card is returned exclusively to the card from which the payment was made.
 
Tickets paid in cash will be refunded in cash only.
