He studied at the Terada Ballet Art School (Kyoto), graduated from the Kyiv State Choreographic School (1993, class of V. Denysenko), Ukrainian Dance Academy (1999).
Since 1993, he has been an invited soloist of the Tokyo Ballet and a teacher-tutor of the Kyoto School of Ballet Art.
In 1995–2010, he was a ballet soloist of the National Opera of Ukraine, where he performed the following parts:
James ("Sylphide" by H. Levenshold), Joker ("Swan Lake" by P. Tchaikovsky), Pa de de ("Giselle" by A. Adana), Kuts ("Forest Song" by M. Skorulsky), Parubok ("Lily " by K. Dankevich), Dwarf ("Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs" by B. Pavlovsky) and others.
Since 2012, he has been the artistic director of Kyiv State Ballet School.
Since 2023, artistic director of the ballet of the National Opera of Ukraine.
Awarded the International Order of St. Stanislav.
